Included revisions
Each project proposal states the number of revision rounds included. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback submitted by the client decision-maker. Unused rounds do not convert to credits or refunds.
What counts as a modification
- Changes to approved designs, layouts, copy, functionality, or integrations
- New pages, features, audiences, or requirements added after approval
- Rework caused by late or conflicting feedback
- Changes requested after launch or final delivery
Scope changes
Requests outside the agreed scope are estimated separately. We provide the expected cost and schedule impact for approval before starting additional work. Significant changes may require a new project phase or agreement.
Feedback and approval
Feedback should be specific, consolidated, and submitted within the timeframe in the project agreement. An approval confirms that the reviewed stage may move forward. Reversing an earlier approval may require additional fees and time.
Post-launch updates
Minor fixes for verified defects within the agreed warranty period are handled at no additional charge. New content, enhancements, browser changes, third-party updates, and client-made modifications are covered through a care plan or separate estimate.
