Services and proposals
These terms apply to Godeals website design, development, strategy, maintenance, and related services. The specific scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and payment schedule for each project are defined in an accepted proposal or service agreement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate content, feedback, access, and approvals on time
- Confirm that supplied text, media, trademarks, and materials may be legally used
- Designate one decision-maker for consolidated project feedback
- Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule
Payments and scheduling
A non-refundable project deposit may be required to reserve production time. Work may pause when invoices, materials, or approvals are overdue. Project dates are estimates and may move when dependencies or scope change.
Intellectual property
After final payment, the client receives rights to the approved final deliverables described in the agreement. Godeals retains ownership of pre-existing tools, processes, reusable code, rejected concepts, and working files unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
Warranties and liability
We perform services with reasonable professional care. Except where prohibited by law, services are provided without additional warranties. Godeals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service.
Termination
Either party may terminate under the terms of the project agreement. The client remains responsible for work completed, approved expenses, and non-cancellable commitments through the termination date.
